Create/Edit a Row

Rows define the column layouts of your web page and can be redefined to sub-rows. Rows are where your content blocks are connected.

Create a Row

  1. Use Web Press to navigate to the applicable page and select the Open Web Page dot.
    The page puts the Close Web Page dot at the top, and two more dots appear.
  2. Select the red dot for Edit additional row layouts.
    The Edit Link Element window opens.
  3. Select Create and Connect Page.
    The Content Class Groups and List of Content Classes boxes open.
  4. Select the row layout you need.
    The Edit Headline window opens.
  5. Enter a headline, including the provided text at the end.
    Note: This headline will not appear on the live website.
  6. Select OK.
    The window closes and you are brought back to the main editing window.
  7. Submit to workflow and Release the Row, and it will publish to your website.

Edit a Row

  1. Select the red dot for Open Row.
    The Close Row dot is placed at the top of the screen, and new options appear underneath.

  2. Select the red dot for Change Row Layout.
    The Change Row Layout window opens.

  3. Select the desired layout and select Submit button.
    The window closes back to the main editing window.

  4. Submit to workflow and Release the Row, and it will publish to your website.

Remove a Row

  1. Select the red dot for Open Web Page.
    The Close Web Page dotis placed at the top of the screen, and new options appear underneath.

  2. Select the red dot for Edit additional row layouts.
    The Edit Link Element window appears.

  3. Select Remove Items from List.
    The Remove Items from List page opens.

  4. Select the box next to the column you want to remove and select OK.
    The window closes back to the main editing window.
