Troubleshooting

If a page is not publishing after you have Submitted and Released it.
Wait 2-3 minutes and try the following steps.

Refresh the page

  1. Visit the page in your browser (Not in Web Press).
  2. On your keyboard press and hold Ctrl and press the F5 button.

Clear page cache

Firefox

  1. Press and hold Ctrl, Followed by Shift, and Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Select a Time range to clear.
  3. Select Browsing & Download History, Cookies, and Cache.
  4. Click Clear Now.
  5. Refresh the page after it finishes.

Internet Explorer

  1. Press and hold Ctrl, Followed by Shift, and Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Select Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History
  3. Click Delete
  4. Refresh the page after it finishes.

Check for pages still saved as Draft

It is possible that some parts of the page were not submitted or released. 
Verify that the page is not listed under Pages Saved as Draft or Pages Waiting for Release in your Homepage Tab or Tasks Tab.
